Outline Itinerary

Day 01 (21/05/2009): Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel (1300m)

Day 02 (22/05/2009): Explore the best of Kathmandu (1300m)

Day 03 (23/05/2009): Drive to Dhulikhel (1900m)

Leave Nepal
Day 04 (24/05/2009): Drive to Nyalam (3700m)

Day 05 (25/05/2009): A day at Nyalam to rest and acclimatize (3700m)

Day 06 (26/05/2009): Drive to Saga (250 km.) (4500m)

Day 07 (27/05/2009): Drive to Paryang (4320m)

Day 08 (28/05/2009): Drive to Lake Manasarovar (4588m)

Day 09 (29 05 2009): Start Lake parikarma, drive to Siralung then trek to Thulgo (4-5 hours East side to South side of lake) (4588m)

Day10 (30/05/2009): A day at Thulgo Gompa on the sore of Lake Manasarovar

Day11 (31/05/2009): Another day of lake Kora (4-5 hours). Trek to Chiyu
                                     monastery (Southern side to western side)

Day 12 (01/06/2009): Trek to Braga (Southern side to northern side of the lake)
                                      then drive to Drachen and kora preparations
Day 13 (02/06/2009): Drive to Tharboche and commence Kora to Diraphuk
                                       Gompa (4900m)
Day 14 (03/06/2009): Trek to Medicine Buddha (4850m)
Day 15 (04/06/2009): Trek to Tangsar and drive to Tirthapui (4588m). Spend 2
                                       hours in Yogi Milerapa cave
Day 16 (05/06/2009): Drive to Tholing and explore around

Day 17 (06/06/2009): Explore Tsaparang (Guge Kingdom) and return to
                                       Mencer
Day 18 (07/2009): Drive to Darboche attend Sagadawa festival in Kailash and  
                                enjoy full moon night in lake Mansraowar
Day 19 (08/06/2009): Drive back to Dongba (4320m)

Day 20 (09/06/2009): Drive back to Nyalam

Day 21 (10/06/2009): Drive to Kathmandu, night stay at hotel 

Day 22 (11/06/2009): Leisure day, farewell dinner

Day 23 (12/06/2009): Trip conclude
