Day 03 (23/05/2009): Trek briefing and preparation (1300m)
Day 04 (24/05/2009):  Fly to Nepalgunj
Day 05 (25/05/2009):  Fly to Simikot and commence trekking to Dharapori

Day 06 (26/05/2009): Trek to Kermi (2300m)
Day 07 (27/05/2009): Trek to Yalbang Gompa (2890m)

Return to Nepal
Day 24 (13/06/2009): Drive to Kathmandu (1300m)
